If the cash rewards program doesn't interest you, we have a number of valuable prizes you can earn just by joining the Spotya Prize Referral Rewards Program! This is another fun and exciting way for us to say thank you for referring others to us. Ramp up your referring efforts and earn prizes like a Plasma TV or a $3,000 gas card! You must join the Spotya Prize Referral Rewards Program before attempting to earn prizes. To join, simply send your name and email address to prizerewards@spotya.com.

DISCLOSURE

Participation in both the Spotya Cash Referral Rewards Program and Spotya Prize Referral Rewards Program is strictly prohibited. Members are welcome to change which referral rewards program they are participating in at anytime, however the number of accumulated referrals are not transferable and do not carry over to the new participating program of choice. Spotya Cash Referral Rewards Program members and Spotya Prize Referral Rewards Program members (the referring parties) are not required to have a Spotya payday loan account to participate. Established Spotya payday loan customers are eligible to participate in the Spotya referral rewards program as the referrer, but not as the referred. RESIDENTS OF THE FOLLOWING STATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE: Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.

CASH REWARDS ELIGIBILITY: In order to receive a cash referral reward, referrals must be new approved applicants with a minimum funded loan amount of $100. Referred applications that are pending the completion of any loan requirement (i.e. the receipt of required documentation, valid phone numbers, etc.) will only become eligible for cash referral rewards upon the final approval and funding of the loan. Denied applications do not qualify for cash rewards for the referrer nor the referred applicant. There is no limit to the number of new customers a Spotya Cash Referral Rewards member can refer. There is no limit to the amount of cash a Spotya Cash Referral Rewards member can earn for qualified referred customers.

PRIZE REWARDS ELIGIBILITY: In order for a referral to count towards the prize referral reward, referrals must be new approved applicants with a minimum funded loan amount of $100. Referred applications that are pending the completion of any loan requirement (i.e. the receipt of required documentation, valid phone numbers, etc.) will only count towards prize referral rewards eligibility upon the final approval and funding of the loan. Denied applications do not qualify towards the total referral count for rewards prizes. Prizes are not cumulative. When a Spotya Prize Referral Rewards Program member claims a prize their referral count will be reset to zero. There is no limit to the number of new customers a Spotya Prize Referral Rewards member can refer. There is no limit to the number of prizes a Spotya referral rewards member can claim for qualified referred customers.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Spotya, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any any Referral Rewards Program member from becoming eligible for a cash reward or refuse to award prizes, if the member engages in any conduct Spotya deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the program or detrimental to other Referral Rewards Program members. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the loan application process or prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating prizes through methods such as automated computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing others to use your personal information for the purpose of accumulating prizes, tampering with Spotya's administration of these programs, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on this web site. Spotya Referral Rewards Program members further acknowledges that the forfeiture of prize(s) shall in no way prevent Spotya from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.

Spotya reserves the right to discontinue and/or adjust the terms of this referral membership program without notice. Spotya reserves the right to revoke referral rewards membership privileges due to a past due balance and/or other actions that adversely effect a customers' Spotya account standing.
